Dental Receptionist
Fall Creek Dental | Granbury, TX
Part-Time | Tuesday-Thursday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Monday hours may be added in the future.
At Fall Creek Dental, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy building relationships, creating exceptional patient experiences, and keeping a busy dental office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation
$18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Tuesday, WednesdayThursday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Opportunity to expand to Monday as the practice continues to grow
What You'll Do
Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits and obtain patient information
Check patients in and out efficiently
Collect payments and explain treatment estimates
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
1-4 years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred
Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
