Vancouver Stadium Community Dentist is looking for a friendly, confident and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays.

We are conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver, steps from SkyTrain and easily accessible by transit.

This is an important front-desk position within our practice. Because you will be working independently at reception on Saturdays, we are looking for someone who already has solid dental reception experience and is comfortable managing the front desk without constant supervision.

Previous dental reception experience and working knowledge of Tracker software are required.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome patients warmly and create an excellent first impression
Manage the Saturday appointment schedule and patient flow
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries and manage messages
Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments
Process patient payments and manage accounts
Work with dental insurance plans, estimates and electronic claims
Maintain accurate patient information in Tracker
Support treatment coordination and follow-up
Manage recalls and continuing-care scheduling
Communicate effectively with the dentist and clinical team throughout the day
Handle front-desk issues confidently and professionally
Ensure patients receive a friendly, organized and positive experience from arrival through checkout
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience required
Hands-on experience using Tracker dental software required
Strong understanding of dental front-desk operations
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the reception area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, positive and professional personality
Strong customer-service skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy dental environment
Reliable and dependable
Confident communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, insurance and financial matters
Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed

You are upbeat, welcoming and confident, you communicate well, and you understand how important the front desk is to the patient experience.

You know your way around Tracker, can manage a busy dental schedule, and are comfortable making decisions and keeping the day organized when working independently.
