Cavitybusters Dentistry4Kids is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Dental Receptionist / Front Office Team Member to join our fun superhero-themed pediatric dental office in Las Vegas!
If you love working with kids, enjoy positive teamwork, and can keep a busy schedule running smoothly with a smile, we’d love to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and welcoming personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Reliable and professional
Dental office experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and treatment presentation is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and families
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Insurance verification and data entry
Collecting payments
Helping create a fun and positive patient experience
Supporting the clinical team and keeping the schedule flowing smoothly
