Job Description
Our well-established dental practice at Yonge & Eglinton is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will be working alongside a supportive group of dental professionals in a busy, modern clinic.
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Discuss treatment plans and coordinate appointments
Prepare and review estimates with patients
Manage scheduling, billing inquiries, and general patient communications
Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of Canadian dental reception and/or treatment coordination experience
Experience with Tracker dental software is considered an asset
CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) or CDR (Certified Dental Receptionist) designation is an asset
Exceptional communication and customer service skills; experience in the hospitality or service industry is an asset
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
