Job Description
Dental Receptionist
Grimsby Dental is seeking a friendly and organized Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires a person who is detail-oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Float in the clinical area to assist the dental team when needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dental Receptionist position
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other team members
Ability to multitask
Reliable
Experience with OPES Dental software is considered an asset
Pay: $25.00 per hour
