Dental Receptionist - Access Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Our fun, family-oriented dental office is designed to make every visit comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free for kids and parents alike. With a friendly team, cheerful atmosphere, and personalized care, we help families build healthy smiles while making dental visits something to look forward to!
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
