WHO WE ARE
The Pediatric Dental Group (PDG) are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.
Building healthy oral hygiene habits is essential for the longevity of a child’s teeth and is best supported by a positive attitude towards dentistry. There is no better time to start that positive relationship than when you’re a child. To accomplish this, we strive to ensure that we have the best team to help children feel comfortable, safe, and has fun every time they visit our clinic.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are currently looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Dental Receptionist, to be part of our growing team. A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must!
We offer flexible scheduling, extended health benefits, a six-weeks comprehensive training, and multiple locations for you to work from! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an amazing, fast paced dental practice, where you can make a difference in a child’s life-long view on dentistry!
This position is a full-time Dental Receptionist for our Delta and Vancouver office.
You will responsible for:
· Organize and prepare paperwork
· Schedules follow-up or new patient appointments
· Discuss treatment plans and questions from parents
· Discuss financial arrangement and handle collection of deposits and payments
Qualifications:
· Ability to work with children
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work well in a team and individually
· Complete understanding of Dental Insurance
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Tracker software knowledge
