Village Dental of Milford is looking for an exceptional Business Team Member to join our growing private practice. We aren't a corporate office. We're a locally owned practice that has served our community for over 50 years by putting patients first and investing in our team.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Business Team, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our patients see and one of the most important parts of creating an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out
Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules
Answering phones with professionalism and warmth
Verifying insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements
Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their next steps
Working closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Dental front office experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person with exceptional customer service skills)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Experience with dental software is a plus
