Dental Receptionist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. *Responsibilities* - Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Handle patient billing, including collections and payment processing - Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered - Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff *Experience* - Proficiency in medical and dental terminology - Experience with insurance verification and medical collections is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous - Strong knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards - Ability to operate office equipment and phone systems efficiently Join our team as a Dental Receptionist to contribute to a positive patient experience and support the daily operations of our dental practice.
