Job Description
We are looking for an individual that can grow with the dental office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can multi-task, and a team player. Prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
Schedule:
Thursday 8-6
Friday 8-5
Saturday 8-5
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
