Position will be Monday-Thursday 7:40AM-5:30PM.

Job Overview

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling dental administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinical staff. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance information, and facilitate patient check-in procedures.
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software (Dentrix) while managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Collect payments, process co-pays, and manage billing procedures with accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized medical records and documentation review to ensure compliance with clinical confidentiality policies and health information management standards.
Support clinical staff by coordinating patient care plans, updating medical histories, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and providers.
Requirements
Dental Experience Preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette and in person.
Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), appointment scheduling, and office management tasks. Strong computer skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining professionalism under pressure in a busy clinic environment.
