Tooth Culture Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for a patient-focused professional who can manage front desk operations efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and confirmations
Process patient billing, insurance claims, and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front desk workflow
Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and team members
Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist (required)
Familiarity with dental terminology and dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage a busy front desk environment
HARP Certification is considered an asset
Schedule
