Job Description
We’re a growing, patient-focused dental practice looking for a friendly, reliable, team-oriented Front Office Dental Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in administrative support, and a passion for providing outstanding patient service. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure seamless administrative workflows. Assist our Treatment Coordinator with insurance verification and claim submission
Manage the schedule, book appointments, collect payments, and keep the front office organized
Support the team wherever needed
Assist in marketing and social media platforms
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
Reliable, positive, and professional
Team player who takes initiative and is eager to learn
Prior dental front office experience preferred but not required
