Job Description
Dental Receptionist
Our family-oriented general dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dental office experience and thrive in a friendly, patient-focused environment.
We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual who follows directions well and excels at multitasking. A warm, welcoming personality is essential to maintain the family-like atmosphere of our European-style office.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Confirming appointments and managing the daily schedule
Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
Processing payments and billing patients
Communicating with insurance companies and verifying patient eligibility
Using Dentrix and Dexis software
Filing, scanning, and general computer work
Managing inventory
Maintaining a clean and comfortable office environment
Supporting overall patient comfort and well-being
Treatment Planning
Position Details:
Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours a week)
Schedule:
Monday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Some Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
