Dental Receptionist/admin

Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software/Dentrix
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Verify patient insurance details and update electronic medical records accurately
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, collecting necessary documentation and payments
Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete before appointments

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
