Job Summary
We are seeking an additional , detail-orientated, Dental Receptionist to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while being responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental setting.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
Verify insurance information and process patient billing
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Working with the leadership team to develop systems/policies,
HR duties
Monitoring practice metrics and growth opportunities.

Requirements

**Exceptional Customer Service**
Motivated, positive, and proactive attitude
Minimum of 1 year dental administration experience
Strong communication skills and ability to operate phone systems effectively
Excellent organizational skills to manage front desk operations efficiently
Dental assisting experience is considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
