Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations at our dental practice and delivering excellent customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records accurately.
Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries efficiently.
Maintain electronic dental records using Tracker software.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Manage administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing, and correspondence.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Support the team with front desk duties to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a dental or medical receptionist.
Proficiency with Tracker (on the job training will be provided )
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Previous experience managing multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Knowledge of dental and medical terminology is advantageous.
