Dental Receptionist

Quality oriented private practice is looking for a professional front office coordinator who thrives while multi-tasking and has a passion for customer service and patient care. Candidate must posses excellent communication skills; and quick leaner. This key team member coordinates a smooth schedule while maintaining a friendly office environment by coordinating between staff, patients and allied healthcare professionals. The minimal responsibilities for this position are:
Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients and office visitors
2. Responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments
3. Answer phones amicably and route calls appropriately
4. Prepare daily charts and routing slips
5. Document all practice correspondence with staff and doctor
6. Register new patients, and gather information and records
7. Provide general administrative duties
8.. Maintain office cleanliness
9. Coordinate with insurance department and billing department
10. Present Treatment plans
11. Collect payments and send monthly statements
Requirements- Must have GED
