Dental Receptionist and/or Treatment Coordinator Part or Full Time

We are looking to add an experienced dental receptionist to our wonderful team! Our ideal reception candidate should have some dental and/or medical experience.

We are a privately-owned office located in West Windsor, NJ. We have wonderful patients and a happy work environment. We are looking for someone who will stay with us long-term.

The hours are as follows Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-6 pm, and Friday 8:30 am- 5 pm.

We are looking for a nice, honest, and intelligent team player to join us. Our ideal candidate puts the patient and office quality first. We want someone who does the right thing even when no one is looking and has high standards for their work.

Job requirements include:
Greeting patients
Answering phone calls
Making appointments
Confirming appointments
Rescheduling appointments
Responding to appropriate text messages
Returning emails
Answering inquiries about finances and insurance
Collecting Copays
Presenting Treatment plans
Verifying insurance benefits
Experience with Open Dental Software is a plus, but not required
Applicant MUST:
Have experience in a dental/medical office
Have a high school graduate degree or a GED
Use proper grammar when corresponding with others
Be professional
Be friendly and kind
Be vocal when help is required
Be a team player
Be self-critical to improve work quality
Be able to get to work on time
