Dental Receptionist/ Appointment Coordinator

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. *Duties* - Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Handle billing and payment processing - Assist with medical coding and file management - Coordinate with healthcare providers to support care plans *Qualifications* - Proficiency in dental terminology and medical administrative support - Experience with Athenahealth or similar practice management software is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of health information management practices - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Familiarity with medical coding is beneficial Join our team as a Dental Receptionist to contribute to the smooth operation of our dental practice while providing top-notch patient care. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
