Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, highly professional, motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our practice. The aim is to grow with the practice, involve in building the practice. Looking for the long term hiring for the right candidate with the opportunity to promote to the manager role.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment, scheduling, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Pay is negotiable based on experience and individual.
This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with dental office procedures, and experience with electronic dental records systems and billing.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
Visiting neighboring dentist for connections.
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, reply messages and emails.
Checking the app for leads and communicate with patients.
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic dental records accurately
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and scheduling follow-up visits
Skills
At least 5 years experience as a Dental Receptionist in an orthodontic, general/specialist dental office.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
