Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dental Receptionist/Assistant who will primarily work Front desk Amin with dental assisting "Floating" to help with flow of the day.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage the front desk operations
Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle appointment changes
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately
Assist Dentist and Help Sterilization flow ( process instruments clean rooms etc)
Previous dental office experience or medical office experience is highly preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as AKITU ONE
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.0 per week
