Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix dental practice management software.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately and handling patient inquiries with professionalism.
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic dental records accurately, ensuring all documentation is current and complete.
Assist the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments, sterilizing equipment, and providing chairside support as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience working in a dental office in Canada is required.
Familiarity with dental software Dentrix/ Dexis.
Strong knowledge of Dental terminology and treatments.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both clinical support and administrative duties.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist and dental assistant is required.
Fluent in English
