Job Description
Client Experience / Receptionist – Part-Time
Etobicoke | Approximately 20 hours/week and leading to fulltime.
We’re looking for an extremely outgoing, friendly, and polished person to be the face of our growing dog/cat teeth cleaning company.
If you’re a natural people-person who loves dogs and cats, enjoys connecting with clients, and takes pride in creating an amazing first impression, we’d love to meet you.
The ideal candidate:
Extremely outgoing, warm & personable
Professional, confident & energetic
Excellent communication skills
Loves dogs and cats
Organized and reliable
Dental office reception experience is a must
Responsibilities include: greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, taking payments, client follow-up, and creating an exceptional experience for every client and their baby.
