Job Description
Dental Receptionist/Assistant
Airway focused dentist in Fox Cities and seeks dental receptionist/assistant with spark, vision and commitment.
We are on the cutting edge of new approaches to bring brighter smiles, better sleep, and better life to our patients. Learn airway, sleep, facial growth and TMJ - it is all so connected.
Front desk duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, dealing with insurance, as well as marketing on social media and other platforms. Clinical work includes preparation for patients and some chairside assisting. You need to be organized, energetic, and highly personable. You will wear lots of hats, work hard, and have a fun journey.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of dental experience highly recommended,
Customer service experience helpful
Be excited to work in airway, sleep, and TMJ in addition to routine dentistry
An openness to new ideas such as straight teeth without braces
Belief that the body has the power to heal itself, i.e., the natural, holistic approach
Strong oral and written English
Second language a big plus
