Job Description
Kwan Endodontics is seeking a friendly, efficient, and dependable dental professional to join our team as a registered dental assistant and receptionist hybrid.
This is a full time position working 4-5 days per week Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00.
Compensation package includes:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience

- Vacation, sick, and holiday pay
- 401k retirement plan with automatic 3% employer contribution
At least one year of dental receptionist experience is required. Front office receptionist duties include but are not limited to: Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, generating and presenting treatment plans, making follow up phone calls to patients/insurance companies/referring offices, scheduling/confirming appointments, posting charges and payments accurately, setting up new patient accounts, and collecting patients’ payments at time of service.
At least one year of assisting experience is required. Critical assistant skills include being able to place a rubber dam with confidence, taking and understanding multiple angles of radiographs, safe four-handed assisting, and placing temporary fillings and temporary crowns.
At Kwan Endodontics we seek to provide a stable long term position for our team members. Despite not seeing any patients for two months during Spring 2020 due to the coronavirus shut down, we elected to provide all staff members with their full pay as if they were working their normal schedule. No one was furloughed and forced to claim unemployment, and no one lost their health insurance.
