Dental Receptionist/Assistant in Villa Park

Aspire Advanced Dentistry is looking for an energetic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first smiling face when our patients enter our practice and the first friendly voice they hear over the phone. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multi-task. The dental receptionist’s primary role is to provide outstanding customer care while effectively running front desk procedures, in support of the treatment team. Our office is a brand-new office with friendly environment. You will have opportunities to gain experience and advance professionally. Our team is looking to grow and evolve together.

Experience:
Customer Service (2 years)
Dental experience (1 year)
Familiarity with Dentrix (recommended)
Familiarity with 3rd Party Financing (recommended)
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and guests upon arrival and departure
Perform administrative duties
Answer phones, schedule appointments
Process payments
Maintain office supplies inventory
Provide general support to other employees
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Willing to be cross trained to support treatment team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
