Dental Receptionist/Assistant

Nova Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on front desk responsibilities, with occasional assisting support as needed.

We are looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment while delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
Front Desk (Primary Role):
Greet and check-in patients in a warm and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
Verify insurance and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate treatment plans and follow-ups using Dentrix Ascend
Clinical Support (Occasional):
Assist the dentist during procedures when needed
Prepare and sterilize instruments
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
Dental front desk or receptionist experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix Ascend (or similar dental software) is a plus
Basic dental assisting knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
$18 – $20/hour (based on experience)
Performance-based pay review after 90 days
