Job Summary
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist for our established Beaverton solo practitioner office in central Beaverton. A minimum of 1 year of dental experience is required. Our office is opened Mon-Thurs.

Duties
Manage appointment scheduling using Eaglesoft.
Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification procedures.
Collect payments and process billing and collections accurately.
Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette and assist with patient inquiries.
Assist with patient intake, including gathering medical history and updating information.
Review care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Support office management tasks such as appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and documentation review.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow within the practice.
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks such as typing reports or correspondence.
Requirements
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft.
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing processes.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
