You are going to be the face of this dental office and need to be well versed in sales. We are looking for a charismatic attitude that will find a way to turn a No into a Yes.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims
Collect co-pays and handle patient billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Oversee daily office operations, including supply ordering and vendor management
Support the dentist and clinical team with administrative needs
Train, supervise, and manage front desk staff as the office grows
Having your own car and being able to drive yourself is very important.
It would be great if you have previous dental administrative experience, but it is not required. An upbeat sales type personality is prioritized.

Qualifications:
Prior dental office or medical office experience required (minimum 5 years preferred)
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Leadership experience a plus
