Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and friendly Front Desk Dental Receptionist for our 1 doctor private dental practice in downtown Boise. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our dental practice. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication is vital to providing exceptional patient experiences. Hours are M, W 8am-5pm and T, TH 7am-2
Responsibilities:
Treatment planning, scheduling, financial arrangements, ensuring accurate billing, verifying insurance, greeting and assisting patients, answering the phone, and managing patient records.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in a dental office setting.
Proficient in Eaglesoft & Vyne.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented.

We are a 1 Doctor practice in the heart of downtown Boise. Our work environment is fun and fast paced. We are a small, but mighty team that works together to provide our patients with the best care. We would love to meet you.
This position is Monday-Thursday. M/W 8am-5pm. T/Th 7am-2pm. You will also have one 4 day weekend a month because we open 1 Friday a month 8am-2pm and take that corresponding Monday off.
