Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. If you love working with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, we would love to meet you!

What You'll Do
Welcome and check patients in and out with a warm, professional attitude
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance questions
Confirmation calls
Follow office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standards of care
Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality
Help create an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through the door
What We're Looking For
Previous dental front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is a plus
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and willing to be a team player
Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve
A genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and cared for
Comfortable learning and using the latest dental technology
