Job Description
Job Summary
Keystone Dental Centre is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office environment.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm appointments using Maxident software.
Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records as necessary.
Process patient payments and handle insurance claims efficiently.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Keep the reception area organized and welcoming for patients.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Maxident dental software is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is a plus.
Full Time Position. Monday – Friday no evenings or weekends.
Remuneration based on experience.
Start Date: March 2026
