Dental Receptionist

Job Summary
Brentwood Dental Excellence is hiring to add a team member at our front desk for scheduling/hygiene coordinator position . Candidate must be friendly, courteous, customer service oriented, hard working, have great computer skills, and a team player. Dental experience required. To be considered for this position, you must have DENTAL EXPERIENCE, possess confidence, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, accountability and excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities
Greet, welcome, and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner to create a great first impression
Front office duties including answering phone, checking office emails, schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up
Verify insurance and process patient information
Handle billing and payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Review treatment plans with confidence
Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience REQUIRED
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with dental software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
