Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Dental receptionist to join our family practice full time. Our office is second floor in the Market crossing mall with lots of free parking.
To start asap
3-5 days a week: Tuesday to Saturday
Starting rate $27 depending on experience. New grads welcome
Dental and holiday pay included

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient files.
Process patient payments and insurance claims efficiently.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.
Utilize dental software, Clear dent, to support daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Customer service experience, preferably in a dental setting
Proficiency in electronic medical records and multi-line phone systems
Strong administrative and front desk skills
Familiarity with dental software
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
