Misuraca Orthodontics | Full-Time | Multi-Location Practice
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Misuraca Orthodontics is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Whether you have dental office experience or a strong background in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others.
What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly first impression
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Collect insurance information and assist with patient accounts
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
Coordinate with our clinical team to keep the office running smoothly
Deliver outstanding customer service at every patient interaction
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred—but not required. We're happy to train the right person who is enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to grow.
