DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for a friendly, motivated full-time staff member, ideally bilingual in Spanish, to greet patients with a smile. 1 year dental experience is highly preferred.
We are a private office in Clairemont with one doctor. Our office has an informal feel, our friendly staff works well together, and we have team members who have been here since 2006. Office lunches are provided weekly, and we try to keep your favorite snacks on hand in the break room. We do our best to create a personal connection with our patients, and we have a very supportive office culture.
We promote internally if possible and we will be opening a second office at the beginning of next year, so there is plenty of room for advancement if you are looking for a career!
The following tasks are part of the job:
Compile charts for next 3 days
Check patients in
Check insurance breakdowns and patient benefits
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient questions
Send out appointment reminders and confirm appointments
Open the office daily at 8:30
General office duties (filing charts alphabetically, ordering supplies, cleaning, etc)
Experience with OpenDental and/or Patterson Eaglesoft is a bonus!
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
We accept PPO and HMO insurances.
Willing to train the right individual.
