Job Description
Our busy, fun, and patient-focused pediatric dental office is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, understands dental insurance, and can confidently manage a fast-paced front desk.

*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation review
- Assist with medical collection and billing tasks
- Handle inquiries over the phone, in person, and via email
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate care plans for patients
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding, medical billing, and HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
