Dental Receptionist

IMG DENTAL is a growing, patient-centered dental practice in Cocoa, FL looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

This role is the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping the schedule and front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Greet and check patients in and out
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling
Verify insurance and collect copayments
Manage daily appointment schedule
Confirm upcoming appointments and fill open time
Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft
Support the clinical team with patient flow
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year dental front office experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and dental software
Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred
Dental assisting experience is a plus
