Job Description

Coloma Dental is seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

We’re a patient-centered dental office committed to exceptional care and friendly service. As our front-desk professional, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth and stress-free for our patients.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, text, and email
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs
Maintain and update patient records
Verify insurance and process claims
Manage payments and billing
Communicate clearly with patients, dentists, and the dental team
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical front-desk experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with dental software is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Friendly, professional demeanor
