Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator
Location: ION DENTAL GROUP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21 – $24 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our patients and staff, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Assist with insurance verification and billing questions
Coordinate with dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with dental software Dentrix a plus
Benefits:
