Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant

Bilingual Dental Receptionist / Assistant (English/Spanish Required)
Vida Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional team member to join our growing practice. The most important part of this position is delivering outstanding customer service and helping every patient feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and create a positive experience from check-in to check-out
Schedule appointments and help keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Verify insurance benefits and update patient records
Assist the dentist during procedures
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms
Take dental x-rays
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
