Dental Receptionist, Dental Billing

We are looking for a kind, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Process insurance verifications and patient payments
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Comply with HIPAA
Assist with general office duties as needed
Maintain account aging report, manage aging accounts
Send out monthly billing statements
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a dental or medical office required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and professional demeanor
