Dental Receptionist/Dental Service Coordinator

Premier Center for Oral and Facial Surgery is looking for an outstanding individual to join our all-star team. We're located in GROTON, MA in our state of the art facility. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Pay is dependent on level of experience and negotiable for the right person.

Responsibilities:
Meet and greet patients
Manage incoming phone calls to the practice
Schedule patient appointments
Communicate bookings and patient needs with practitioners as needed
Coordinate dental treatments for patients
Record communications with the patients on our dental software
Following up with patients after treatment if necessary
Communicating via email with patients and referring offices, maintain practice and office supplies
Qualifications:
Suited for a motivated individual who is a team player, friendly, with a bubbly personality and a helpful attitude
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
