Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist to join our dental team! Make a positive impact in your job/career in an environment that will recognize you for the quality of care you provide your patients. Our multi-doctor, practice is looking for a motivated dental receptionist to complete our team! We have a pretty unique schedule; 3 day work week, 12 hour shifts, 2 Saturdays* a month
We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong work ethic. While dental experience is preferred, it is not required. Bilingual is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the schedule remains full and efficient
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Manage phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly
Verify patient's dental insurance/Medicaid 2 days out
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
