Overview
THIS JOB IS ONLY 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH
Minimum 3 years of proven experience at the dental office
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented front desk receptionist to join our practice . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care processes, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to treatment coordination are handled efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical billing and coding, and the ability to navigate various healthcare systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans by effectively communicating with healthcare providers and patients.
Manage clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing billing.
Utilize phone systems to handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional patient service.
Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures
Assist patients with questions and paperwork as needed.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline office operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience at the dental office
