Job Description
Overview:
Comizio Orthodontics is seeking an experienced and personable Dental Receptionist to join our exceptional team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive, and high-quality patient experience from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, service-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships with patients and referring offices, we’d love to meet you!
Compensation
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Open to Full-Time or Part-Time
Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional patient service and create a warm, welcoming office experience
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and referring dental offices
Manage multi-line phones, electronic communications, and patient follow-up
Assist with administrative support
Maintain accurate patient records and tracking systems
Support patient relations initiatives and post-treatment follow-ups
Collaborate closely with our orthodontic team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
Experience with scheduling and multi-line phone systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented personality
Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Professional appearance and attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
