Job Overview
Our orthodontic office is seeking an energetic and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist (minimum of 1 year of dental front desk experience) to join our team (PART TIME 3-4 days/week)! In this essential role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, providing exceptional patient service while managing a wide range of administrative duties. Your dynamic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, from appointment scheduling to insurance verification.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes & scheduling patients with excellent in person & phone etiquette
Verify insurance coverage and benefits, claims submission & follow up
Handle collection processes and billing inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly
Skills
***NEED 1 YEAR OF DENTAL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE***
Friendly and positive attitude!
Proficiency in dental terminology
Bilingual with Spanish / Mandarin is preferred!
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
