Experienced Dental Receptionist Wanted
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our busy, modern, family oriented dental practice. If you have a passion for patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Handle patient records, billing, and insurance claims with accuracy
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a dental or medical receptionist
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in dental practice management, knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
