Dental Receptionist

Chesheim Dental Associates is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for our multi-specialty dental practice located in the beautiful Chestnut Hill area.

Responsibilities include:
Answering phone lines
Scheduling appointments
Presenting treatment plans
Assisting with insurance claims
Experience in submitting and handling dental insurance claims is required
Arranging payment, collecting co-pays and payments
Requirements:
Computer literacy and writing skills
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
Ability to multi task
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required.

We offer great wages in accordance to your experience and skill set, as well as a very generous benefits package. The candidate will be required to work one Saturday per month for 10 months, with no Saturday shifts scheduled during July and August.
